3. CHC52021 Traineeship
The traineeship pathway is designed for students who are already working (or planning to work) in a relevant community services role and want to earn while they learn.

- A structured training arrangement that combines paid employment with formal training
- On-the-job learning supported by workplace experience
- Leads to a nationally recognised qualification
- 280 hours of industry work placement
