It is the first one who offered a special Work & Study programme that allowed students to study and work at the same time as they develop their careers from the start of their education with guaranteed salary.

These Work & Study programme provides students with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience that is directly transferable to full-time employment after completing their studies. Employment via Work & Study programme also comes with a guaranteed minimum salary, which allows students to cover the course fees as they work. Oskano Academy was initially focusing on training students to become preschool teachers in Singapore by providing Early Childhood Education (ECE) courses with Singapore standards. Currently, it has also provided courses like digital marketing, business, marketing and computer sciences for students who would like to develop their career in these industries.
